He developed his vegan program for those who, no matter if you're an athlete or not.

Can this restrictive diet based on plant productivity and allow for a balanced diet?

Thrive diet avoids dairy, gluten, wheat, soy, corn, refined sugar or products of animal origin. Gels and sports drinks and energy density are allowed, however. Products that are strongly recommended, pulses, vegetables, seeds, some grains, fruit, butter and nuts. Lower body fat and increase muscle toneDecrease signs of energy and mental agingIncrease sleepImprove clarityIncrease systemLower cholesterolDecrease moodStrengthen immune cravingsThe junk food when the main fight Vegan and soy-free is figuring out how to get high quality protein in your diet. Brendan recommends concrete bean powders to add cocktails and homemade energy bars sneak additional full proteins. This can be done, but it's hard to consume more than 80 grams of protein legumes/nuts/seeds in one day.

Only concern is adequate vitamins and minerals. If, after this diet may need supplementation of B12, vitamin D, calcium, zinc and iron.

This diet will likely reduce your cholesterol, as it practically without cholesterol diet and likely lower your body fat percentage as you will be eating fewer calories. I'm doubtful that Parliament can improve your immune system, or a lot of sleep habits, but all other claims are reasonable.

Since this diet was quite restrictive, it would be difficult for the average athlete follow. It takes more time, energy and money to prepare for a diet like this. This can be done, but you need to focus on getting enough calories, protein and fuel for your life.
