Getting enough iodine in healthy diet

While the iodine value is how many get their salt in the daily intake, people on a special diet may also have to focus on other food, to get an adequate iodine in their diet.

Those that consume a lot of processed food would probably not have worry about getting enough iodine. However, for those of us trying to eat healthy it may be worth spending some time to evaluate our daily subsistence allowance, to be sure that we're consuming enough. This is particularly important if any symptoms are present.
